Take the N2 Highway north from Cape Town International Airport past Somerset West, over Sir Lowry's Pass. After Houw Hoek Pass take the R43 Botrivier / Hermanus turnoff to your left.

Scenic Route (from Cape Town via the coast on the R44):
Take the N2 towards Somerset West. Turn left at R44 to Strand (just past the Shell Garage). Proceed to Strand until Gordon's Bay. Travel on R44 along the coastal road, 'Clarence Drive' to Rooiels, Hangklip, Betty's Bay and Kleinmond. Continue through Kleinmond and join the R43 to Hermanus, South Africa. Continue past Hawston, Vermont and Onrus.
At traffic lights at 'Hemel & Aarde' complex turn right into Sandbaai - into Main Street (at Engen Garage). At Third Avenue turn left. Continue till Third Avenue meets Piet Retief Crescent. See Schulphoek entrance, which is in Hermanus, South Africa (3 flags).
